Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Design, develop, and maintain knowledge repositories, ensuring information is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Facilitate the creation, capture, curation, and dissemination of critical knowledge assets across departments.
- Promote a knowledge-sharing culture through internal communications, training, and community-building initiatives.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop plans to address them, working closely with subject matter experts.
- Evaluate and recommend knowledge management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of KM initiatives, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, intellectual property, and privacy regulations within KM practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Knowledge Management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, dedicated KM platforms).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage content lifecycle from creation to archiving.
