Career.zycto is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Lab Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team remotely from the West End, Vancouver area. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of quality, compliance, and scientific integrity across our diverse laboratory operations, all from the comfort and flexibility of your home office. As a remote Lab Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO) and internal policies. Your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability and accuracy of our research outcomes and operational processes.
This role involves a deep dive into our lab procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). You will be responsible for managing quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and reports, ensuring they are current, accessible, and compliant. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in conducting internal audits and assisting with external inspections, preparing comprehensive reports, and facilitating follow-up actions to drive continuous improvement. We value proactive problem-solvers who can thrive independently in a remote setting while fostering strong virtual relationships with colleagues. If you are passionate about quality, dedicated to precision, and ready to make a significant impact on scientific excellence, we encourage you to apply.
