Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and media according to established protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses under supervision, accurately recording results.
- Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment (e.g., centrifuges, pH meters, spectrophotometers).
- Assist with experimental setup, data collection, and basic data entry/organization.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred).
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
