Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and work areas.
- Conduct experiments and tests under the supervision of senior researchers, strictly following established protocols.
- Accurately record, organize, and analyze experimental data, ensuring integrity and reproducibility.
- Maintain detailed and comprehensive laboratory notebooks and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of chemical reagents, biological samples, and other materials required for experiments.
- Ensure strict compliance with all laboratory safety guidelines, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory of lab supplies, chemicals, and consumables, initiating reorder requests as needed.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks such as cleaning, sterilization, and basic maintenance of glassware and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with senior scientists, research associates, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions or procedural issues, reporting complex problems to superiors.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding experimental results and future research directions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
