Key Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory experiments and procedures under the guidance of senior scientists and researchers.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples accurately according to established protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Record, organize, and analyze experimental data meticulously, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and digital records of all experimental activities and results.
- Monitor inventory levels of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents, and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and procedures.

Required Skills
