Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior scientists and researchers in conducting various experiments and research projects.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including glassware washing, sterilization, and inventory management.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report complex problems to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on experimental design and results.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in chemistry, biology, or related scientific field.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
