Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under the supervision of senior scientists.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and media according to established protocols and precise instructions.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain standard laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, pH meters, spectrophotometers, and microscopes.
- Record, organize, and manage experimental data accurately and systematically in lab notebooks and electronic systems.
- Conduct initial analysis of experimental results and report findings to the R&D team.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety guidelines, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation and sterilization of glassware and laboratory tools.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including tracking supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on research projects and contribute to team discussions.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report major issues to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and experimental execution.
- Proficiency in using basic laboratory equipment.
