Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in Hurghada, Red Sea. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our gas production and filling facility, ensuring peak efficiency, uncompromising quality, and strict adherence to safety protocols. The Lead Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and guiding a team of technicians in the routine maintenance and operation of our advanced industrial gas systems. This position demands a proactive individual with a strong technical background in industrial gases or a related manufacturing environment, excellent leadership capabilities, and a meticulous approach to process control and documentation. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless flow of our production, impacting industries across Egypt. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing technicians in daily production and maintenance activities.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial gas production equipment, including compressors, pumps, cryogenic systems, and filling stations.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Implement and enforce all company safety regulations, procedures, and quality control standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring compliance with industry specifications and customer requirements.
- Train new technicians and provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to implement new technologies and process enhancements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a manufacturing technician in an industrial setting, preferably in industrial gases or chemical processing.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and motivate a technical team.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
