As our Learning & Development Manager, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive L&D programs that align with our strategic goals and employee development needs. You’ll work closely with leadership and departmental heads to identify skill gaps, conceptualise innovative learning solutions, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and career progression. From onboarding new hires to upskilling seasoned professionals, your expertise will be pivotal in cultivating a highly capable and motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that supports Career.zycto’s business objectives and employee growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
  • Design and deliver engaging, innovative, and impactful training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Manage the full L&D cycle, from content creation and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Source and manage external training providers and resources as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using key metrics and feedback, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organisation.
  • Coach and mentor employees at various levels, fostering professional growth and career progression.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging L&D technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to integrate L&D initiatives with overall talent management strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years in a dedicated L&D function.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into effective L&D solutions.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant L&D certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 5/7 in L&D, ATD certification).
  • Experience with blended learning approaches and digital learning transformation.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and talent development frameworks.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
