Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports Career.zycto’s business objectives and employee growth pathways.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering a wide range of topics, from technical skills to leadership development.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across the organization.
- Manage the full learning cycle, including program conceptualisation, content creation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants when necessary, ensuring value for money and quality of service.
- Utilize learning technologies and platforms to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and return on investment of L&D programs, reporting key insights to senior management.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization, promoting self-directed learning and professional growth opportunities.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Mentor and coach employees, supporting their individual development plans and career progression within Career.zycto.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative learning technologies to ensure our L&D offerings remain cutting-edge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role, preferably as a Manager or Senior Specialist.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs across various modalities (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to link L&D initiatives to business objectives.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
