Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses across all departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs and curricula, utilizing a blended learning approach (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, workshops, job aids, coaching).
  • Manage the entire learning lifecycle, from content creation and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership to ensure learning content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven adjustments.
  • Research and recommend innovative learning technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the learning experience.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Develop and oversee the budget for learning and development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers on development pathways.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or organizational development, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) administration and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to link L&D initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications in instructional design, talent management, or coaching (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
  • Experience with advanced analytics for L&D program impact assessment.
  • Familiarity with various performance management systems and their integration with learning platforms.
