Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across various departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and courses using various instructional methods (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, in-person training).
- Manage the entire learning lifecycle, from content creation and vendor selection to program delivery and post-training evaluation.
- Utilize learning technologies and platforms (LMS, LXP) to optimize content delivery and track learner progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure learning initiatives are relevant, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D programs, measure their effectiveness, and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor internal trainers and facilitators to enhance their delivery skills and program impact.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and adult learning theories to continuously improve our L&D offerings.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Foster a vibrant learning culture that encourages self-directed learning and continuous professional development.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or organizational development.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications in Instructional Design (e.g., ATD CPTD), project management, or change management.
