Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic goals and employee needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for professional growth across various departments.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules using diverse instructional design methodologies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from conceptualization and content creation to delivery and evaluation.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure learning content is relevant, accurate, and impactful.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics, feedback, and performance improvements, making data-driven adjustments.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the learning experience.
- Oversee the onboarding program, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated and equipped for success.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on all initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, training, or organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, OD, Education Technology).
- Certifications in instructional design, talent development (e.g., CPTD, APTD), or change management.
- Experience with blended learning approaches and virtual training platforms.
- Familiarity with talent management software and performance management systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology or professional services environment.
