Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Learning & Development strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all departments.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training materials, courses, and workshops using various modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis, continuously seeking improvements.
- Manage and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology platforms.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees on development plans and career paths.
- Stay current with L&D industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure innovative and relevant offerings.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.

- Experience with various learning technologies and tools, including LMS administration.
