Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs and materials (e.g., workshops, e-learning modules, job aids) that align with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for content delivery, user tracking, and reporting.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities, adapting content to suit diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative technologies in learning and development.
