Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive L&D strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and future training requirements across various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data analytics and feedback, continuously refining strategies for optimal impact.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to integrate L&D initiatives into broader talent management strategies.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials).
- Experience working in the technology or software development industry.
- Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and trends (e.g., AI in learning, VR/AR training).
- Experience with leadership development frameworks and coaching methodologies.
