Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives through feedback, metrics, and ROI analysis, making data-driven improvements.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to support talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or organizational development.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and demonstrate program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CACE).
  • Experience with change management principles and their application in L&D initiatives.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and coaching methodologies.
