Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all departments.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from content creation and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor learning solutions that meet specific business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the employee learning experience.
- Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and accessible learning environment.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment.
- Mentor and coach internal trainers or facilitators, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and internal expertise.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent growth.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Expertise in various learning methodologies, including blended learning, e-learning, and experiential learning.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content authoring tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and measure ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Adult Education, Organizational Psychology).
- Professional certification such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D initiatives.
