Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all departments.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from content creation and delivery to evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor learning solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the employee learning experience.
  • Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and accessible learning environment.
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment.
  • Mentor and coach internal trainers or facilitators, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and internal expertise.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent growth.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
  • Expertise in various learning methodologies, including blended learning, e-learning, and experiential learning.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content authoring tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and measure ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Adult Education, Organizational Psychology).
  • Professional certification such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D initiatives.
