Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional Learning & Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Clarke Quay, Singapore. You will be a key driver in identifying skill gaps, developing engaging training content, and deploying effective learning methodologies – from e-learning modules and workshops to coaching and mentoring programs.

You will collaborate closely with various department heads and HR business partners to ensure that our learning solutions are tailored, relevant, and directly contribute to individual and organizational performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions for various employee levels.
  • Curate, develop, and deliver engaging learning content, workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners and department heads, to ensure L&D programs meet specific business needs.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and reach.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to maximize impact and value.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful L&D programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and report on training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or professional certification in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
