Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions for various employee levels.
- Curate, develop, and deliver engaging learning content, workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners and department heads, to ensure L&D programs meet specific business needs.
- Research and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience and reach.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently to maximize impact and value.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and report on training effectiveness and ROI.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
