Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and emerging training requirements.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshop manuals, presentations, and job aids.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning programs using various metrics, reporting on ROI and making data-driven improvements.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) to track progress and deliver content efficiently.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and HR partners to ensure L&D initiatives are integrated and support specific team goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative technologies in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, developing, and implementing impactful L&D programs.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills, with a portfolio of successful training materials.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, methodologies, and blended learning approaches.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage a flexible work schedule effectively, and meet performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in instructional design, talent development, or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
