Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals and talent development needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments across various departments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the full learning cycle, including content creation, delivery (e-learning, blended learning, instructor-led, virtual), and evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Manage external training vendors and resources when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
