Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and talent needs.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for employee development across various departments.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training content, including workshops, e-learning modules, blended learning programs, and job aids.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and tracking of training programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and department managers, to ensure L&D programs support specific business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through metrics, feedback, and post-training assessments, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and high-quality program delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging L&D technologies, and innovative learning methodologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and report on key L&D metrics.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or related areas.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment, developing remote-first learning solutions.
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and coaching methodologies.
