Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses across various departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, blended learning solutions, and coaching initiatives.
  • Manage the full learning cycle, from content creation and vendor selection to program delivery and post-training evaluation.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to align L&D strategies with organizational goals and talent management initiatives.
  • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and leverage technology to enhance learning accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs, reporting on ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization, promoting internal mobility and career progression.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a Learning & Development management role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and modern learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering diverse training methodologies (e.g., classroom, e-learning, blended, virtual).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs, develop targeted solutions, and rigorously measure program effectiveness.
  • Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content creation tools.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach, coupled with strong project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification in Learning & Development or an equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven, or rapidly evolving industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on L&D metrics to inform strategic decisions.
