Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with client intake processes, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining strict client confidentiality.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information as required to support cases.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain meticulous financial records for legal matters.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organised workspace.
  • Liaise with clients, external counsel, courts, and other stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with a focus on advanced document formatting.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
