Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing client appointments.
- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, affidavits, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
- Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing cases and projects, utilizing online databases, physical law libraries, and other reliable resources.
- Manage and maintain both physical and electronic client files, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized, updated, and easily retrievable.
- Professionally answer and direct client calls, serve as a primary point of contact, and ensure exceptional client service and communication.
- Prepare and process court filings, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, court rules, and procedural requirements.
- Assist with billing procedures, expense reports, invoice generation, and other financial administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate various logistical arrangements, including client meetings, internal conferences, and travel plans for attorneys.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all client information and sensitive firm matters with unwavering integrity and discretion.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, faxing, and efficient management of office supplies.
- Support the legal team in trial preparation, which includes organizing exhibits, witness materials, and other case-related documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow, foster a positive office environment, and achieve collective goals.
- Transcribe dictations, if necessary, and prepare memos and summaries of meetings or legal findings.
- Assist with intake of new clients by gathering initial information and setting up client files.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrating impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

- Basic understanding of e-filing procedures and court portals.
