Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals.
- Draft, format, and prepare various legal documents, correspondence, and court forms with high accuracy.
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, often involving international time zones.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents.
- Assist with client intake processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed.
- Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information as directed.
- Liaise with clients, external counsel, court staff, and other stakeholders, providing professional and clear communication.
- Process invoices, expenses, and manage client billing inquiries.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar administrative role within a legal setting (minimum 3 years).
