Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and format a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under supervision.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages, and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
  • Assist with legal research tasks, document retrieval, and preparation for court filings.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and assist with general office upkeep.
  • Learn and adhere to all legal firm policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
