Key Responsibilities
- Maintain constant and vigilant surveillance of all pool areas, ensuring swimmer safety at all times.
- Enforce all facility rules, regulations, and safety policies consistently and courteously.
- Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, including water rescues, first aid administration, and CPR/AED as required.
- Perform routine safety checks of equipment and pool surroundings, reporting any hazards or defects promptly.
- Assist with basic pool maintenance and cleanliness tasks to ensure a hygienic and inviting environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest questions and assisting with their needs.
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled in-service training sessions and team meetings.
- Complete incident reports accurately and thoroughly when necessary.
