Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of lighting equipment.
- Support the lead lighting technician in setting up and striking lighting rigs, fixtures, and control systems.
- Execute cable management, ensuring all wiring is neat, secure, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on lighting equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist with the focusing and positioning of lights according to design specifications.
- Operate follow spots or other basic lighting elements during live performances as directed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, especially when working at heights or with electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the warehouse and on-site at event venues.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 25kg) and work comfortably at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules.
