Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room setup, agenda distribution, and minute-taking.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Oversee basic logistics related to the provided accommodation, such as coordinating minor repairs or utilities monitoring.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
