Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Loan Officers with administrative tasks related to loan applications and processing.
  • Verify and organize customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data entry into our loan management systems with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and, occasionally, with clients to gather missing information or clarify details.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital records of loan files and related correspondence.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Support the team in preparing reports and conducting basic administrative duties as required.
  • Learn and adapt to new processes and software quickly within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
