Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about lodge services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, common areas, and entranceways.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed, ensuring guest comfort.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and other reasonable requests.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including answering phones and managing reservations.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in common areas.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
