Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Munich. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and proactively resolving any delays or issues.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, customs declarations, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with regulations.
  • Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including invoices, shipping manifests, and inventory levels.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the logistics chain.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies, damages, and returns efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role (3+ years).
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with international shipping and customs procedures.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
