Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations, including warehouse activities and transportation.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, overseeing all aspects from order fulfillment to dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and ensuring data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to optimize routes, schedules, and costs.
- Track and trace shipments, resolving any issues or delays promptly and effectively to maintain service levels.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms, ensuring compliance.
- Implement and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement, implementing cost-saving measures and enhancing performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, customer service) and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems, proposing innovative solutions.
