Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
- Manage inventory control, conducting regular stock checks, reconciliations, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Implement and utilize logistics software (WMS, TMS) to track shipments, manage stock, and generate reports.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks, discrepancies, and issues proactively and efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, seeking innovative solutions for supply chain challenges.
- Assist in the supervision and training of warehouse staff and drivers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and delivery coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
