Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues, delays, and damage claims efficiently.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments and manage inventory.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, generating reports on performance, costs, and efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Participate in the negotiation of freight rates and service agreements with carriers to secure favorable terms.
- Implement and maintain robust safety procedures within the warehouse and during delivery operations.
