Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates and resolving any transit issues or delays proactively.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow and effective communication.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant transportation and warehouse regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Manage and resolve customer delivery inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Strong understanding of local and international shipping regulations.
