Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock rotation.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards within the warehouse and during delivery processes.
- Utilize and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for accurate data entry, reporting, and process optimization.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, or inventory, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics coordination, warehouse management, and delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory control methods.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
