Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules for a fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal route planning and on-time delivery.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, utilizing inventory management systems.
- Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, inventory levels, and delivery performance metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, providing professional and timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role within a warehouse and delivery context.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
