Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation.
- Plan and track the precise shipment of final products according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, accurate picking, secure packing, and timely dispatch processes.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, manifests, and customs declarations as needed.
- Utilize advanced logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) to optimize routes, track deliveries in real-time, and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Liaise proactively with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal departments to promptly resolve any logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Analyze and generate detailed reports on logistics performance, identifying key areas for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement and maintain robust safety standards and best practices within the warehouse and throughout all delivery operations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, specifically within warehouse and delivery operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, advanced inventory management techniques, and warehousing best practices.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
