Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Schedule and oversee daily dispatch of goods, optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal departments (e.g., sales, warehouse personnel).
- Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Identify and resolve logistical problems, such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or routing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to enhance operational efficiency and data management.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and delivery operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
