As a Lube Technician, you will be a vital part of our service team, responsible for ensuring our customers’ vehicles receive top-notch, timely service. Your primary duties will revolve around performing essential preventative maintenance tasks, including efficient oil and filter changes, tire rotations, checking and topping off fluid levels, inspecting belts and hoses, and conducting multi-point inspections. Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct tire rotations and inspect tire pressure, tread depth, and overall condition.
- Check and top off all fluid levels, including transmission, brake, power steering, and windshield wiper fluid.
- Perform comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors.
- Inspect vehicle components such as belts, hoses, lights, and air filters for wear and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bays and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, company policies, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors regarding vehicle status and findings.
- Actively participate in training programs and adapt to new automotive technologies and service procedures.
- Assist with other shop duties and general maintenance tasks as needed to support the team.
