Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various types of production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and rectify minor defects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, downtime, and material usage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
- Clean and maintain the work area and machinery to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
