Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and adjustments to meet product specifications.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure product adherence to standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions, performing basic maintenance as needed.
- Load and unload materials and finished products from machinery.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
