Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Learn and execute basic repairs and adjustments to machinery, systems, and building components.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, including completed work, parts used, and identified issues.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests and service calls.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as directed.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary tools and supplies.

Required Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of how things work.
