Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support client projects and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams to identify business challenges and define project scope.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and build rapport.
  • Assist in the implementation of recommended solutions, tracking progress and impact.
  • Support project management activities, including timeline management and resource planning.
  • Continuously learn and apply new methodologies and tools relevant to management consulting.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Experience with case competitions or leadership roles in student organizations.
  • A strong academic record (e.g., GPA of 3.5 or higher).
