Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support client projects and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of detailed presentations, reports, and other client deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams to identify business challenges and define project scope.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and build rapport.
- Assist in the implementation of recommended solutions, tracking progress and impact.
- Support project management activities, including timeline management and resource planning.
- Continuously learn and apply new methodologies and tools relevant to management consulting.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
