Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity.
- Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather relevant data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and advanced analytical techniques to extract actionable insights.
- Prepare clear, concise, and impactful reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and product launches, providing data-driven feedback for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure research insights are integrated into business planning and decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging market research tools, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance GSC's research capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of GSC's target markets, customer segments, and the broader health benefits landscape.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with survey design and administration platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience within the health benefits, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.
- Project management experience, particularly in managing research projects from inception to completion.
