Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Part-Time Media Coordinator to become a valuable member of our dynamic team based in Ébène. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist media planners and buyers in the day-to-day management and execution of advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, and Out-of-Home (OOH) channels.
  • Support the setup and launch of campaigns, including ensuring all necessary creative assets, tracking codes, and targeting parameters are accurately in place.
  • Collect, organize, and verify campaign performance data from various platforms and sources for reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare preliminary campaign performance reports, competitive analyses, and presentations for internal review and client updates.
  • Liaise effectively with media vendors, publishers, and other external partners to coordinate ad placements, obtain technical specifications, and troubleshoot any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all media buys, budgets, insertion orders, and invoices to ensure financial reconciliation.
  • Support the team in client communication by helping to prepare meeting agendas, materials, and comprehensive summaries of discussions and action points.
  • Conduct competitive research, market trend analysis, and audience insights as needed to inform strategic planning.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, offering insights, suggestions, and innovative ideas for campaign optimization and process improvements.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient team operations and seamless workflow.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, suitable for internal and external interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data handling), PowerPoint (for presentations), and Word.
