Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain media schedules, insertion orders, and budget spreadsheets with meticulous accuracy.
- Coordinate with media vendors for rates, availabilities, ad specifications, and ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and assist in generating regular performance reports and post-campaign analyses.
- Conduct ongoing reconciliation of media invoices and ensure accurate billing and financial tracking.
- Participate actively in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, contributing insights and ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, media trends, and new advertising technologies and platforms.
- Manage and organize media assets, ensuring proper filing and accessibility for the team.
Required Skills
