Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Support pre-production tasks such as script breakdown, location scouting assistance, and talent coordination.
- Organize and manage media assets, ensuring proper cataloging, storage, and retrieval of footage and other production materials.
- Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling, note-taking, and documentation.
- Assist during filming or recording sessions, running errands, cueing talent, and ensuring smooth on-set operations.
- Contribute to post-production processes by assisting with file management, basic editing tasks, and content review.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment storage areas.
- Research and gather information relevant to ongoing projects, under guidance from senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies during production activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, communicating updates and challenges proactively.
